Jim and Beth Steck are coordinating the sides and desserts, as well as totaling the attendees. We're asking for attendees to bring "a normal family size side or dessert" to share based on your last name:
- last names starting with A-M to bring a side
- last name starting with N-Z to bring a dessert.
The base will provide:
- PROTEIN: This will include burgers, hotdogs, etc.
- cheese
- bread options, condiments, table service (plates, plastic ware, napkins, etc).
Seating will be available inside the post or outside at picnic tables and under the canopies. And you're certainly welcome to bring your own lawn chairs. You're also welcome to bring a lawn game if you wish.. something non-lethal.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP Jim and Beth jsteck8006@aol.com or Clutch no later than Wednesday July 29th so we have sufficient time for the protein purchase.
